Petite Grâce offers more than croissants...we offer a pause, a moment of beauty in an otherwise busy day.

Each croissant is handcrafted using traditional French methods and designed to offer guests both authenticity and creativity through premium fillings and flavors.

Gracefully crafted, beautifully enjoyed.
Petite Grace represents the art of crafting refined croissants with the delicate balance of tradition and modern flair. It’s the beauty of small, simple moments...
...like enjoying a perfectly flaky croissant or sipping a velvety espresso. Each pastry is a graceful masterpiece, designed to bring a touch of luxury into everyday life.

Ingredients sourced with care, local when possible, but always premium.
Quality is at the heart of everything.

If you're going to enjoy a pastry, it should be the best, made with care, kind intentions, and deep appreciation.
At Petite Grâce, we believe that indulging in something beautiful isn't something to feel guilty about, because it’s something you deserve.
Life is full of demands and pressure, and too often, we don’t give ourselves permission to pause or take pleasure in the little things.
That’s why we offer people a moment of genuine delight and remind them that it’s okay to slow down, breathe, and give themselves a little grace.
Our croissants give people a moment of peace and pleasure in their day with a delicate pastry and a gentle reminder that you deserve more.

Team Petite Grâce
Led by a husband and wife team, Grace and Dwain turned their passion for travel and enjoying fine foods into the delicious croissants you see today.
With a desire to bring a little piece of France to the Rogue Valley, Grace became a self-taught and French-trained pastry chef from the Institut Culinaire de France, Bordeaux.
Dwain is a U.S. Coast Guard Veteran, professional consultant, and has past, significant experience making both blue and cheddar cheeses at the Rogue Creamery.
Together, they bring their expertise, vision, and strategic focus to position Petite Grâce as a trusted and distinctive destination in Medford’s growing specialty food scene.

Why the name Petite Grâce?
Petite Grâce was inspired by a childhood nickname, “Little Grace,” and by the timeless elegance of French pastry, where the word grâce evokes charm and beauty.
The name honors warm memories, when a simple treat could bring great happiness, while also reflecting the pastries we dreamed of making. As we stepped away from our corporate careers, it took on a deeper meaning.
Though Petite Grâce is not the literal translation of “a little grace,” it became a gentle play on words: a reminder to give ourselves a little grace, embrace the journey, and share joy through our pastries.
Today, it reflects both ideas: the elegance of French pastry and an invitation to slow down and enjoy a small moment of grace in your day.
